| reply to lordpuffer I'm in West Hollywood as well in the 90046 zipcode and I also pay for the "Turbo" 10/1 line. I complained and got a discount because I wasn't getting the advertised speed.
Just like you I was also told it's only a matter of time before we finally get the 10/1 line.
What I don't understand it how at one point I actually was getting 10/1 for about 2 months and then all of a sudden went back down. It looks like they are testing it out so we should see the speed bump very soon. -- | TWC Road Runner 10Mbps/1Mbps | D-Link DCM-202 Cable Modem Firmware 1.6| |

| reply to mr_alucas I guess I am lucky compared to you......I am not getting the speed I am supposed to with the "Turbo" package, but your speed is terrible. I would insist upon a technician to come out and check your whole setup to get you much better speed.....Maybe your modem is bad? Do you have a network? If so, maybe there's a problem with your router setup. I'm sure there is a major problem and it can be fixed. Good luck! |
