Will probably call and cancel it next week. Actually entertaining the idea of asking for "retention," although, LOL, they don't seem to have said department. I'll make 'em a deal! Restore my 4PM-Midnite to reasonable downloads, and I'll keep your crappy service! But, then again, maybe not.

| I dropped HughesNet yesterday for Sprint Mobile. I had the Pro Plus deal, but it was never better than the regular plan except for the FAP limit. Sprint doesn't have a FAP like HughesNet or Verizon. Customer service at HughesNet always treated me well, but satellite is a last resort system in my opinion. By the way, you can only terminate service in real time--the time you call by phone or chat online. They will not terminate by email or on any future date. |
