Nope. Try using DocsDiag »homepage.ntlworld.com/robin.d.h.···ocsdiag/ to check your Cable Modem's config instead... you will need to "Port-Forward" UDP Port 161 (SNMP) in the Router to the IP Address of the PC that is running DocsDiag.
