Re: heh dow

Sprint had to buy a couple many affiliates because the way the original sprint was just a group of affiliates all over the place making a big ball of crap everywhere. So they started buying out affiliates left and right and iPCS is the last standing affiliate which has been causing pain and misery to fix the issue since the Sprint-Nextel merger and has sued because of a breach in agreement it had with Sprint.

iPCS probably contributed to the factor but originally Sprint was terrible in billing and C.S and so far to reorganize all these affiliates they bought out, transfer over customers from other billing systems and so forth has caused nothing but headaches in HQ.

This is why Hesse is trying to restructure the internal part of Sprint, so this time we are not transferred to three of four different locations to get an issue solved. Of course all of this took longer than expected and has taken a toll on the companies stability in general which is why customers are fed up with the issues and are leaving.

Sprint is trying to pull a power rangers with incompatible parts everywhere. Best way I can explain it to ya
