This actually happened to us the other day too, around the same time between 1-2pm. The usage page showed that I went over the limit despite the fact that nobody was using the internet or downloading anything. I didnt bother calling hughesnet about it knowing the response I'd get, "We can not control the FAP, you went over your daily limit wait 24 hours blah blah blah". Of course, its always our fault we know nothing.
