RR in my area just upped the speeds. I just want to see if any one has suggestions of better tweaks to get a little better speeds

Actually, Your speeds look quite good 'as-is'...
You CAN try increasing your RWIN to 128480, and see if that makes any noticeable improvement... but otherwise, You're already "Tweaked" about as best as you can get...
