I called Dell today. I was expecting the worst, but was given very good customer support!

There are two parts holding up my build: 250GB 7,200 RPM HD & WUXGA HD-LCD screen. The LCD is expected in by the 19th, but the HD isn't expected in until the 1st of June!

The SR offered to expidite the order, and even bumped me from UPS ground to next business day! It still looks like I won't get it until ~June 4th, but this shows me Dell does have decent customer support (for at least XPS customers)
