Pop-out instant messanger

I think a great feature for DSLR would be to make the instant messaging aspect a separate "pop-out" program rather than having to have the window open. If there could be a DSLR chat that could run outside of the web browser, it would be great for keeping in contact with my buddies on DSLR.

Aren't there already other programs that do that like AIM and whatnot?

With an abundance of programs available for this purpose there is no point.

Learn to use AIM, GTalk, MSN / Windows Messenger, Yahoo Messenger, or a few others.

Just keep another tab open with the PM window (do you really PM that often to deem this necessary?). If you want to "chat", use a chat program.
