lost account info

HI,

I thought I created bbr account with the username joecaraco, but the site message is that the account doesn't exist. So, when I tried to create an account it says that an account for the provided email address already exists.

Any help on how to fix or create a new account?

Thanks

You're close on the account name, but it's not exactly "joecaraco". You can actually log in without knowing the account name by using the email address on the account. Let me know if that works.
