| Have you even considered the possibility that the Corporation may not be accurately reporting your usage and that they may "stretch" the FAP periods somewhat to "punish" customers who use the service to it's full contracted capacity? While an unidentified process on you computer may be well at fault, I am surprised that you are so eagerly assuming the blame and not even considering a problem on the other side of the corporate curtain.... |

| Because you've described your connection as FAP'd, I assume you've already verified that on your usage page. You can also see the FAP condition (yes/no) in the modem's advanced statistics. If you haven't done either, now's the time for a looksee.
