I have changed echo request settings in Kaspersky IS 7.0 to become pingable. Windows firewall is disabled. I'm running XP SP2, 768k DSL through Embarq.
No router or hardware block.
Speed test: 387/down 192/up best
Tweak test: »/tweakr/block:3968eb3?
Line Quality Test: Unpingable
