Re: Montana Satellite

I am unfortunately having the same problem with Montana Satellite. When I asked questions before my purchase, I was responded to quickly. When I received a part that didn't fit, they responded quickly also with return/refund instructions. I tracked my return package, which arrived at there business over a month ago. Now, no one will respond to my emails inquiring about my refund and I've sent one weekly. I dont think it's too much to ask that a company tell you that the refund is at least being processed or acknowlege messages. I wont do business with them again.

So far I have had no response from the letter I mailed. I enclosed a copy of my sales receipt showing an amount credited of $179.95 and explained that I had never received a refund check.

If it was just a few dollars I wouldn't care, but $179.95 is money I could sure use.

I would not lightly "flame" a business on a forum, but since this is where I got the name of the company - I feel I should let people know how they treat their customers.
