Just to say I installed a Skywayusa satellite system 2 weeks ago. The installation went well, when I need tech support (two times, once for a proxy issue, the other to establish an email account) I was served immediately (no wait), the tech support was accurate and fast. Our internet works really well.

| I have a buddy who got skyway.I helped him put the pole in the ground.It did not take long for him to get the dish lined up.Its not a bad one way satellite system and the price is right.How is the upload speed on your dish.Using your phone line for the upload is slower then a two way system but I heard that the latency is lower is that true.

How does the up connection work? Do you just leave your dialup connected 24/7 so it's ready to go, or do you have to wait for it to connect each time you want to use the net? |
