Well I guess I answered my own question lol. I just rebooted and the new MTU setting took. Normally when I go to open my browser for the first time it takes several minutes for the home page to load. When I use Firefox I often get a message that says the connection was reset while the page was loading. This time my home page opened immediately, no waiting. Any opinions on my RWIN setting would still be appreciated.
