Will the authorities use the Patriot act to catch these porn and kiddie porn fiends? that's REAL paranoia They already used it to zone in on Elliot Spitzer...

The point is, kiddie porn is something authorities do not take lightly, and it makes much more sense just to lock up your wireless than to get caught for something you didn't do and then deal with the pain of proving your innocence.

Odds are your neighbors won't do anything illegal but why risk being raided by the police and having your computer(s) seized while they investigate. |

He has to an idiot to talk to cops. Anyone that talk to cops after getting arrest is an idiot in my book. Unless cops have evidence he was involved he will not do anytime. Stupidity is not a crime yet.
