Your HN7000S is the Web Acceleration client. The Web Acceleration server is at your NOC. Rather than sit on your own thumb for two weeks, the proper action would have been to actually address the issue to tech support. Had you done so, a replacement modem might already have fixed your issue by now.
In the mean time, try a turbo-page teardown - rather than a modem reboot. You won't lose so much diagnostic history that way.
