I am among the current minority that has long advocated fine tuning the skew (or tilt) angle of the WildBlue ODU to tweak out otherwise unaccountable bad or marginal SVT values.
Sorry for the non-answer, but I'm curious. Who provided the training to this fella that says the skew angle is now required?
