They were quick with replying to my initial TAC request too. This was my first time using my SmartNet service personally (although at my old job, it was performed about a total of 2 or 3 times in the two years I worked there...as oppossed to everyone doing at least 1-3 each for Sonicwall RMA's...)
Anyways, I'll keep everyone posted on what Cisco finds out when I return my problem unit to them. |
