the ones from speakeasy and any other location away from florida. They kinda go from 7 down to 4mb and the test takes extra long to finish giving me a poor result. |

| The further out you go from where you live to do a speed test the worse the test is going to look due to packet loss and latency. Also you have to account for load on the test server the more tests are in progress concurrently the greater chance your results will NOT be accurate. Normal for any internet connection really.

Bay Area | Set the RWIN back to 522720 and see if that takes care of the problem. Make sure you use the same server in your OP and run it at least 3 times to get a good result.
