I can often get full speed on popular torrents, and
seeding occurs at the rate limit I've set in Azureus
(80KB/s).
So the TCP resets must be due to something else: faulty
data or determination of what is a false TCP reset from
the plugin, excessive number of connections per torrent
or overall, consumer grade router overload, EventID 4226,
or all of the above.
