I appreciate the advice. I will see if my company will let me expense a new phone... this Blackjack is killin' me! I'd say about 50% of calls that go over 4 minutes are dropped, which is quite often since I troubleshoot support issues over the phone to see if I can solve it before I walk my ass over. I think I may start logging the number of dropped calls.
