My post crossed this one.
Actually, I think the 11 am announcement was for the "period of upgrade" which I believe covers account management so they only have one inconsistency in their announcement of email availability. However, the bottom line is they haven't met any of their announced timelines.
I can only hope that their assurance that email won't be lost is more credible than their timeline.
I also recommend checking whether you really want to be blessed with their new antispam and antivirus features. I definitely don't want a filter that restricts my email delivery. I don't think there's any perfect antispam filter out there and certainly don't believe that HughesNet would have one!
I'm sure we'll see the messages about switching to another email service and they may be right.
