Media converters are cheap! -- as long as your OK with pure IP for the triple-play (think really big office network joined by fiber).

Corona, NY		 Exactly what I was thinking, use media converters, and provide IP voice and IPTV, along with internet. Also, IP-based systems are a lot more scalable, and they just have a 'cool factor' to them..
