U verse support has actually been quite good where time warner is sure to tick off whoever calls. Time warner is known to have long holdtimes, rude people, and a reputation of NOT getting things done, or understanding the problem. At least in this area. -- Learning how to invest. It's about picking the lesser of two evils...
Frankly, I was wanting to give U-verse a try, but It's not going to happen now--- they've jacked up the price too much.
