Skyway return policy?

Gramcon : I was curious if there was a return policy for Skyway...I'm not 100% sure I'll be able to get a clear picture at my house. Azimuth looks fine but I have some particularly tall trees behind the house that might be a problem if the elevation isn't high enough. Taking them down is not an option. If I order and it doesn't work, can I get a refund and get out of my contract? Any thoughts, experiences, etc.....
Thanks.
