They're providing the hardware to Bell Sympatico in order to do this? Innovative because if it works, other providers can follow suit?
Innovative because if companies like Bell can get away with it, why not the cable giants too? I mean, why provide top service if you really don't have to?
Though I am not 100% sure, my guess is that Cisco and Bell have some sort of partnership here happening.
Oh well, world is going to hell in a handbag anyway, whatcha going do, eh?
