The regulations in place involve price increases not decreases and most deal with how they treat their competitors, not their consumers. Besides, they can simply eliminate all their below the line markup's and that would make a huge difference."
Sorry, you are incorrect in your statement. There is a thing called the Public Service Commission, depending on the state, the name may be different. On top of that, there is also this thing called a Tariff. Better go check it out. |
