 Add "Billing Accuracy" To ISP Reviews

I think "Billing Accuracy" needs to be added to the 5 existing rating categories when writing a review of an ISP.

While it may not directly relate to an ISP's service performance in a tecnical aspect, billing problems and their time to be resolved, do impact a user's overall satisfaction level of an ISP.

Case in point - Verizon!

 Another Verizon FIOS customer with a billing issue.
I'd suggest just making a comment in your review about any billing problems. I don't think that billing warrants a separate category unless they want to make one for any and all post installation non technical customer service issues.
