| Aside from an overblown RWIN everything looks fine. If you want to lower it some:
• Download DrTCP
• Set TCP Receive Window (RWIN) to 63888
• Leave Windows Scaling, Time Stamping, Selective Acks, Path MTU Discovery and Black Hole Detection default
• Clear TTL and Max Duplicate Acks boxes.
• Hit Save, Exit and Reboot your computer.
• Download a file from here note your speed at 40% and post it in your thread.
• Post another tweak test and best of three speed tests closer to you from here once you reboot your computer.
