I have had a tech come out, do whatever a tech does and walk away satisfied... Of course, that "fix" lasted a mere 3 hours before it was back to it's annoying ways. i feel like I'm going in circles(for months) with everyone that is involved with the ISP.

I do not have an amplifier and I will probably check out the splitter tomorrow.
