Good for you...

Frontier is long on "marketing" and short on service.

My 1000kbps service is down to less than 200kbps and there is enough latency in their system to take a nap between nodes.

Deceptive salesperson in Minneapolis sold me long distance as an "add-on" that turned out to be part of a package with a 12-month contract and termination fee.

Like many Frontier customers, I have no other options, even for dial-up... would like to tell them to just go away!
