Frontier is long on "marketing" and short on service.
My 1000kbps service is down to less than 200kbps and there is enough latency in their system to take a nap between nodes.
Deceptive salesperson in Minneapolis sold me long distance as an "add-on" that turned out to be part of a package with a 12-month contract and termination fee.
Like many Frontier customers, I have no other options, even for dial-up... would like to tell them to just go away! |
