Based solely on what you provided to DrTCP since you didn't mention anything else, I would suggest raising your TCP Receive Window (RWIN) to 256960. Save, exit and reboot.

What speed are you seeing off whatever is the local speed test at »www.speakeasy.net/speedtest ?

this is from dc the first from new york

Download Speed: 14290 kbps (1786.3 KB/sec transfer rate)
Upload Speed: 973 kbps (121.6 KB/sec transfer rate)

also I sometimes run a server for BF2 and have anywhere from 10 to 15 people play on it while I also play all on same computer the highest ping 1 of the guys get is 215 but he is in china. so basicly just wondering if I should try to get it to run any faster also get no lag at all. so just need input I did a VOIP Bandwidth Test here are the results

Maximum VOIP Capacity

This connection is tested to support up to 88 simultaneous calls, 64kbit/s each.
4412 20ms G.711 packets per second

No NAT detected
The UDP stream was bidirectional and no special technique was required to traverse your firewall(s)

About
This applet was added in late July 2007. We plan to test JITTER and perhaps packet loss as well, to further isolate any factors which could influence your VOIP capacity or quality, so stay tuned.
so let me know k thanks all for input

Your speeds seem fine so just see if there is any difference (positive or negative) with the larger RWIN and adjust as needed. If things seem better, leave it. If it seems worse over the course of a couple days, switch back to 65535 and see how things before.
