The tier3 tech I spoke with told me that 91W is maxed out with subscribers. No new subscribers will be added to the satellite. Moreover, no existing subscriber to 91W can even change thier plan without a dish repoint to another satellite.

It took several phone calls to Hughes and at least an hour of trying to lock onto 91w unsuccessfully before they relented to a new satellite for my new dish.
