When I first started my research I read that I was only allowed 250mb per month then I would have reduced speed. And when I used 500mbs I would have reduced speed again. Now that I have found this website am I right in saying I get 250mbs per day and I must average that throughout the month and if my average gets higher than that based on a 30 day period it is then I loose speed until I catch up with the 250mbs average and then my speed will return to the 256k am I right now?
