Give it a Try and Post your results. i am going to take a screenshot shortly of the Vuze status Monitor etc.. and of the traffic. to make this clearer.

I let it run a bit longer ... it's working for now -- and picking up speed! I suspect Bell won't let it last for long though. I was definitely throttled using other ports besides 80 and 21.
