I am sure i can See the throttle i had to switch off port 80 to be able to post on the site here. and i am throttled, go back to port 80 and i am UNthrottled. |

are you sure it's the port that makes the difference, or are you just completely unthrottled tonight?
I'm just asking because i've been throttled consistently from 4pm to 2am (and occasionally until 6am) since it kicked in, but for some reason i'm not being throttled at all today |
