No I am Serious I am Not even On tekSavvy and have been throttled for weeks Its working i am getting several Hundred k a second ! This is NO april Fools. i am doing this atm On bell Sympatico Still awaiting the switchover to Teksavvy But it appears i have found a way to defeat the throttling of my traffic
