Bell to remove throttle and compensate users.

Bell annouced today that it will remove all throttle and revert back to unlimited usage.

In addition to the removal of B/W limits and the throttle, Bell spokewoman Avril La-Poisson said, "Bell-Sympatico will also include a 20$ compensation for each month a user was throttled".

Industry leaders denounce this as a tactic to gain market share since Bells 1st quarter earnings took a nose dive.

If you're gonna do an april fools, ya gotta make it believable.

One MIGHT bite on the "remove throttling", but the unbelievable part was the compensating users ... that ain't gonna happen except by court order!

Aw, you beat me to the punch. I had already done up my own April Fools "press release" from Bell. Ah well, I posted it anyway. Mine's not as optimistic as yours, however...

Happy April Fools!
