Uh huh sure, whatever you say. Still doesn't make it true. After all that is one out of gods know how many tracker sites are out there, known and not known.
Besides, just because TorrentSpy didn't choose to fight doesn't mean there will be one that will, and what happens when that one wins? Which odds are is a strong possibility.
