@popsite.net

So we are looking at $149 for equipment + $25 activation fee
+ $49 S&H + $29.95 for Bronze for a total of $252.95 right?

1. How do I apply for the mailin rebate?
2. How long does it take to receive the rebate?
3. As we live across the river in New Albany can't I just cross the river and pick the equipment up and save the $49?

Sorry for all the questions but we are retired and with todays economy we have too stretch every penny.

many thanks maparus

You are correct for the total fee.

1. The rebate is located on our website: »www.skywayusa.com/docs/$100_Reba···upon.pdf
Fill this out and include the bar code on the outside of the shipping box that your equipment comes in.

2. It takes about 6-8 weeks to receive the rebate.

3. Unfortunately you can't pick the equipment up in Louisville because our equipment shipping center is located in Jackson, KY. The sales office is what is located in Louisville.

I hope this helps you out and please let me know if you have anymore questions!

Only 6-8 weeks my ass! Been waiting on mine for 5 months. I found out Skyway is almost as bad as Hugenet. Make all the promises, but fail to deliver.

I will have to second the slow rebate processing times. It took several calls and emails over the course of 3-4 months before I finally recieved mine. It almost seemed like they didn't really expect to have to mail a check out.
