You don't have to sell and profit for it to be illegal. If he uploads, it is against the law.

It is illegal in almost all countries. And who says he lives in Chile? Because that is what his BBR profile says. Mine said Antarctica last week.

1 edit		 Actually I do live in Chile , and for your information I do block my uploads , that way I`m on the safe side . (besides my upload speed is a paltry 256 kbps.)
