Vorg : Would be nice if they started bumping the upload for the lower packages. Many times I have seen downloads cap at 1-5mb because the web sites have caps in place. About the only time I see DL speeds hit 7-8mb is when updating my linux computer. Yet when I try to send a big file to my dad, I have to cap the upload speed to below 512k so I have some UL left for the control packets for other stuff. Another .5mb UL, or even 256k UL would be more use full then another meg of DL bandwidth.
