| Packet 8....Nothing but trouble
Ive been with packet8 for about 6 months. Their customer service is terrible, they don't answer emails, you cant talk to anyone other than customer service level employees when you have a complaint.During phone calls often they are dropped.The black box they give always has to be reset, and you could be home and no-one can reach you. The only way I found out nobody could call in, was because my sister lives down stairs and family asked her to go to my house and tell me my phone isn't working..... I don't recommend them.
