gregandrene : Someone on a forum I visit said installing v6 on my WindowsXPSP2 machine would make it more secure, even if my ISP uses v4, since my modem (router?) would change it back and forth. I have DSL from my Telco, a Zyxel 660 modem (or is it a router?). Why would I be more secure with v6 on my side of the 660, since practically nothing that I don't ask for gets thru anyway? What the 660 doesn't stop, my software firewall seems to.
