I hate to say it but it sounds like your a victim of their practice of giving you great service until your 30 days are up. They know there is nothing you can do now so they don't care. I've been to level 4 so many times and not once has it helped.

Summersville, WV | I have been on the ProPlus plan for 8 days. I was getting 1.2Mb dn an 200Kb up - even during "high traffic" times but today the average is 500 dn an 25 up. Something happened today. |
