The performance on my system is around 10% of what I am paying for most peak hours. It seems to improve to about 50% after midnight lately. By after midnight, I mean one second after midnight. I get 100% after 3 a.m.
By the way, level 4 support did nothing for me. From talking to them the problems sound pretty widespread.
Here's my sysinfo if it will help anyone:

| I hate to say it but it sounds like your a victim of their practice of giving you great service until your 30 days are up. They know there is nothing you can do now so they don't care. I've been to level 4 so many times and not once has it helped. -- HN7000s/Pro+/G16 99 West 970 MHz/Vista Home Premium/Linksys wired router/Athlon 6000+/.74 dish |

I'm on the same satellite and transponder, with the Pro plan. The nightly speed crash has been going on for several days, 100 kbps or less. Like yours, it accelerates after midnight and is full at FAP-free time.
We're apparently being limited. I'm wondering if there is a tech problem with the satellite that's unfixable, and it's being massaged to keep it online. -- HN7000S, Pro & PowerPak, IA6 93°W 1216 |
