It must be open season on Vonage again.

Many companies rely on bonds to finance them and re-negotiating the terms of them isn't exactly uncommon.

This story first surfaced last year and was rightfully dismissed as non-news at the time.

It's always open season on Vonage, upgraded by Bear Stearns or not.
