[HSI] friend's charter internet in fort worth...

anyone know about an outage in fort worth, what it might be about, and-most importantly! >grin-when it might be resolved?...my friend says he has been without service for over 24 hrs...no connectivity at all...he's made the call(s), and there is a recorded message saying there is an outage...ut he apparently cant get past that message...any feed-back would be appreciated...
