It's based on my personal experience, and a little with what I know today based on where I work, but very little. However knowing that, it would be unfair (and unwise), to rate it 100% in all categories.

Also, I agree with you in regards to Tech Support and Pre-Sales info, however there's no option to say "Not Applicable", so I have to pick something.
