[ Cable] aol installation problem

so im having a problem installing AOL when i install aol 9.0 and others it says i canceled the installation and i get a gray pop up when i open AOL.I also installed aol 7 and it also quits at %40 and i get this pop up saying There was an error creating the activeX scripting engine.Please verify that internet explorer is properly installed
